These approaches can be helpful in understanding the different phases of Scenario Planning. However, in our experience, the best way to deliver training is to build it into a live consulting project. This way we can demonstrate the different phases of Scenario Planning (and the details they involve) as we deliver the project and leave Scenario Planning expertise in the organization.
