For more than 15 years, Sarah has served as a trusted partner, advisor and organizational leader, championing initiatives that challenge the status quo and seek to improve social and business outcomes with integrity, passion and efficiency. Sarah currently serves as the Head of Global Philanthropy and Innovation for Global Citizen, the largest advocacy organization in the world. There she leads global campaigns and develops innovative, cross-sector partnerships focused on sustainable systems change and social impact. Most recently, Sarah helped design and launch the historic One World: Together At Home campaign, the largest cause event in history. Sarah also serves as senior strategy advisor to the CEO at SIDIS, an international venture capital firm with a focus in life sciences, real estate, sustainable consumer products, technologies and bio-medical instrumentation. Sarah’s work is generally focused on scenario planning for social impact, organizational culture and responsible leadership, and economic mobility for women and girls.
Lauren Lambert is a researcher and scholar with expertise in organization development, foresight, sustainability, technology and innovation. After launching her own company with a decade of experience underwriting in the marine insurance industry, she now works with clients in all industries to calculate long term risk in various decision-making contexts. Currently, she is working for the National Institute of Health using Scenario Planning to build anticipatory capacity for future governance of CRISP-R gene editing technology. Since COVID-19 her research has shifted to focus on understanding how online scenario planning can be used to build interpersonal trust and other social dimensions of teamwork.
Zach is an author, researcher, and consultant with extensive experience facilitating research-backed, practical organizational development experiences in a wide range of industries. Some of his clients include Hewlett-Packard, Caterpillar, Broadcom, The National Park Service, Crocs, and The Alzheimer's Association. His research centers on positive organizational psychology and has been recognized by the Association for Talent Development, the Academy of Management, and the Academy of Human Resource Development. Zach specializes in scenario planning group facilitation and scenario generation, with a specific interest in implementing scenario planning in service of delivering an organization's purpose, mission, vision, values, and culture.
Madison is an experienced change management professional with over a decade working with both international and national federal, state, and local governments. Over the years Madison has developed expertise in navigating historically challenging business environments in the EMEA and Japan. Madison holds an MBA with a focus in International Business from Trinity College Dublin. Madison’s expertise is in scenario facilitation and writing.
TK is a certified trainer and advanced facilitator in collaborative communication, a higher education consultant with the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and is a temporary lecturer at the University of Wyoming. He is a retired United States Air Force combat veteran with 32-years of service, 15-years of which he served in the Air Force Education and Training Command. TK has successfully led leadership, communication and transformational change initiatives in both government and civilian enterprise organizations. His areas of expertise include relational leadership theory, scenario planning, and student veteran transition to higher education. TK’s recent professional experience includes leading and facilitating an international scenario planning project for the Action Research of the Americas and serving as a higher education scenario planning consultant for the University of Wyoming’s Ellbogen Center for Teaching and Learning (ECTL).
Tamria joined Ferrellgas in 2001 when she accepted a technology management position with Blue Rhino and served on the Blue Rhino leadership team. In 2003, she began working directly with operations management to plan, analyze, monitor and implement operations strategies and metrics for Blue Rhino. In 2004, Ferrellgas acquired Blue Rhino and Tamria continued in her strategic role in operations strategies for Blue Rhino as well as a technology management position. In 2017, she was promoted to Vice President of IT and in 2019, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Information Officer. In 2020, Tamria was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Ferrellgas Tamria held several technology management roles including President of TAZ Technology. Her company created an operations and logistics platform for high profile textile customers and CPG brands, as well as Blue Rhino. Ms. Zertuche is a guest lecturer and adjunct professor in the areas of Leadership, Finance, Statistics, and Human Resources Development.
